Job summary

Vanta Staffing are recruiting for an experienced QA Supervisor to join a busy Technical and Quality team in a manufacturing environment based in Slough. This is a night shift role on Sunday to Thursday, 9:00pm-5:00am, salary £33,000-£35,000 per annum.

You will lead the QA team, drive food safety, HACCP and auditing processes, maintain product safety and quality, ensure full traceability and proper documentation for new launches, and participate in product trials.

The Role

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for an experienced QA Supervisor to join a busy Technical and Quality team within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the safety and quality of products through the effective implementation of food safety and quality procedures, whilst managing the day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance function.

This is a hands‑on supervisory position suited to someone with experience in Food Safety, HACCP, Quality Assurance and Auditing, who is confident taking ownership and ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
