Danish Crown UK is seeking a proactive QA/Technical Lead to own site QA programs, audits and KPI reporting, ensuring compliance with BRCGS and food safety standards. You will lead and mentor the QA team, coordinate sampling and non-conformance management, and collaborate with production to drive continuous improvement and strong food safety culture across the site.

You will join our busy technical department to take ownership of managing our site QAs, ensuring compliance with site policies, procedures and customer standards across a dynamic site environment.

You will combine analytical precision with strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, solve problems and build good relationships across departments in a fast‑paced environment.
