As a member of the Quality Assuranceteam you will:

• Work closely withoperations toensure that all product is produced as per customer specifications.
• Daily production quality checks such asproduct quality,product weight checks and paperwork checks.
• Make decisions onfood Quality and monitor production

This will suit a food manufacturing QC \ QA who has good knowledge of HACCP and has the confidence to make decisions on product quality, excellent communication at all levels and able to manage and work effectively within a busy team. A background in production would also be ideal.
