Job summary

Rail Delivery Group seeks a Technical QA Service Analyst to join the Quality Assurance Practice. The role focuses on building system knowledge in Confluence and documenting it with traceability between architectural and QA components.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills to create process diagrams and mind maps, with experience in manual and automated end-to-end testing in waterfall and agile environments.

Qualifications

• Professional testing experience including manual and automation testing of end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Document core functions, requirements and acceptance criteria for assigned systems.
• Develop and maintain QA tool interoperability and traceability.
• Review and baseline requirement traceability matrices.
• Draft clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Sign off on requirement acceptance for Quasar.
• Create process and mind maps to understand system functions.
• Build integrations to provide a complete, up-to-date view of system IP.
• Support Quasar team with QA deliverables as needed.
• Collaborate with Quasar, architecture, CCI, project teams and suppliers.
• Perform retrospective reviews of system requirements after project updates.
• Develop mappings with ConnectALL and monitor test case mappings.
• Support QA Manager in delivering QA across releases and changes.
• Estimate testing effort for projects.
• Develop Acceptance Test objectives matrices and baselining for project closure.
• Sign off user test requirements and acceptance criteria with Business Stakeholders.
• Manage QA activities of self and suppliers.
• Deliver key QA deliverables: test plans, strategies, scope, traceability, test cases and reports.
• Demonstrate strong listening and independent working ability.
