Job summary

SC ENGINEERING in Birmingham is seeking a proactive QA/QC Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will manage QA/QC activities across multiple projects, ensuring documentation and inspections meet strict project specifications and industry standards.

You'll prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, review requests, coordinate with site teams, clients and contractors, and lead quality audits. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and ISO QA exposure are preferred for long-term career

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' QA/QC or Quality Engineer experience.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation, inspections and testing procedures.
• Experience carrying out quality audits and inspections.
• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
• Ability to produce Inspection & Test Plans and quality documentation.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• ISO Quality qualification or training would be advantageous.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• ISO Quality qualification or training would be advantageous.
