Forza Foods Ltd is hiring a QA Production for our onsite Fresh Produce packing facility in Sittingbourne. The role operates 4 on 4 off, 7am to 7pm, with a fixed-term contract until 25 July 2027.

You will own quality checks, labelling and packaging, ensuring compliance with ASDA specs and driving corrective actions across shifts. The ideal candidate has QA experience in fresh produce, strong decision-making skills, basic hygiene knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance for food/produce.
• Experience in fresh produce or packaging environments is preferred.
• Able to make confident, timely quality decisions.
• Basic Food Hygiene knowledge is required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality, labelling and packaging assessments during production and end of line.
• Decide and escalate track changes for products being packed.
• Complete production paperwork including track changes and packaging verification.
• Check weigh calibrations and verifications.
• Inspect finished product and packaging to ensure release against ASDA specs.
• Investigate quality or packaging failures and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to maximise yield and reduce giveaway.
• Engage with site operations to maintain compliance.

About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at IPL Sittingbourne!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a QA Production to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at our Fresh Produce packing facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm

Location: IPL Sittingbourne - Site Based Role

Contract Type: Fixed Term till 25 July 2027

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the quality, labelling and packaging assessments during production and at end of line
• Decision and escalation of any potential track changes for product being packed on the line
• Ensure Production paperwork is completed accurately inclusive of track changes, job sheets and packaging verification
• Check weigh calibrations & verification.
• Conduct accurate inspections of finished product & packaging to positive release pallets against ASDA's specification.
• Complete investigations with regards to quality or packaging failures, ensuring that all corrective actions are implemented.
• Work with production colleagues to maximise yield and reduce giveaway
• Interact with the sites operations to ensure compliance is being maintained at all times
