Job summary

Avara Foods is seeking a QA Process Leader in Caistor to support the QA Manager in upholding high standards of product safety, quality, legality and traceability. You will interact with staff at all levels to maintain compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting HACCP, developing the QA team, and coordinating audits while ensuring accurate documentation and continual improvements. The role offers opportunities within a major UK poultry producer.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP & quality systems.
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams of all levels.
• Experience within a food production/manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Working Hours

40 hours per week. Tuesday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00.

About The Role

As a Process Leader in the QA Team you will support the QA Manager in ensuring high levels of product quality, safety, legality and traceability. Regularly interacting with staff of all levels to maintain standards.
