Responsibilities

• Document contractor's adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain daily logs of site events and personnel.

Skills

Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM‑C) certification

Government contract experience

Experience in commissioning large projects

Knowledge of the 3‑phase quality system

Tools

Current construction safety certification

ACI concrete construction special inspector

Project Management Professional (PMP)

USACE EM 385 or OSHA 510 certification
