Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. and its Widmer Brothers Portland Brewery seek a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee a comprehensive QA program from grain to glass. You will lead cross-functional teams, supervise laboratory analyses, and ensure adherence to the highest quality standards across brewing operations.

The role involves developing SOPs, managing QA budgets, and coordinating with production and management to sustain product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Brewing, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of beer, food, or beverage industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and align functionally, bettering the quality of the beer.
• Oversee QA program, including microbiological and chemical analyses.
• Manage QA lab personnel and coordinate with brewing, packaging and management teams.
• Oversee QA equipment procurement, installation and performance management.
• Organize training to ensure external standards are met.
