Job summary

RBW Consulting partners with a specialist pharmaceutical manufacturer expanding its quality function across the UK. We are appointing a QA Manager for a South East site in Surrey, taking ownership of site quality systems and shaping the quality culture. You will lead a small QA team, oversee audits and CAPA, and work with operations and leadership to drive compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced GMP environment with aseptic manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• GMP experience in pharma QA environments.
• Aseptic or sterile manufacturing exposure is required.
• Leadership or management experience within QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site quality activities and manage QA systems.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate CAPA initiatives.
• Coach and develop QA team members and partners with operations.
• Engage with site leadership to drive quality improvements.
