MoneyPlus is building its QA capability. This role shapes strategy, creates automated coverage and brings clear evidence into release decisions. Initially hands-on, the role will later mentor and raise standards across the team.

You will work with Engineering Leaders to ensure testability and risk visibility influence planning and delivery, with auditable quality decisions in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping a QA strategy, roadmap or operating approach.
• Designing or shaping automated testing across front-end and API layers.
• Evidence-based release decisions and handling delivery pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the testing strategy, roadmap and risk-based coverage.
• Create and maintain automated coverage across frontend and API layers.
• Bring evidence and quality findings into release decisions; challenge unsafe assumptions.
• Recruitment onboarding of QA team and evolve from hands-on to mentoring.
• Collaborate with engineering to bake testability and quality into planning.
