Job summary

DP World Southampton is seeking an experienced QA Lead to own the full QA lifecycle for the Billing Transformation Programme. You will define QA frameworks, lead testing activities, and ensure data integrity across legacy and new systems.

The role blends strategic QA governance with hands-on testing, requiring strong stakeholder collaboration across IT, Finance, Commercial, and Operations. 2-year FTC, based in Southampton.

Qualifications

• Proven QA leadership in system implementation or transformation programmes.
• Experience across SIT, UAT, regression and data migration validation.
• Hands-on testing execution and defect management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full QA lifecycle across the Billing Transformation Programme, from planning through execution to final sign-off.
• Define testing strategy, scope, and approach across SIT, UAT, regression, and data migration validation.
• Create detailed test plans, scenarios, entry/exit criteria, and success metrics.
• Actively participate in hands-on testing, including system testing, data validation, and defect verification.
• Support and guide QA analysts and business SMEs during testing phases, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Validate billing outputs through reconciliation between legacy and new systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Establish and manage defect tracking, prioritisation, and resolution processes, leading defect triage sessions.
