TEKsystems in Manchester, UK is seeking a QA Lead to create and run test plans from business requirements, test end-to-end processes, and manage UAT with business users. You will identify defects, re-test fixes, and drive regression testing across releases.

The role emphasizes organizing UAT, determining feature readiness, and maintaining automated regression tests in Python, with collaboration from developers and QA resources.

Qualifications

3+ years' software/ERP testing experience.
experience with at least one ERP implementation or major software release.
Strong manual, functional and regression testing skills.
experience creating test cases from requirements/acceptance criteria.
Good at documenting and explaining defects.
Comfortable running UAT with non-technical business users.
Able to manage several pieces of testing at the same time.
Enough Python to create, maintain and troubleshoot automated tests.
