Job summary

Ambitek Limited seeks a detail‑oriented QA professional to join our client's Trafford Park team on a temporary 6‑month contract. You will execute final and in‑process inspections, ensure products meet quality standards, and complete essential QA documentation to support multiple departments.

You will produce certification documents, review data, and collaborate across Production, Customer Services and Commercial to uphold compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out final inspections of finished parts and assemblies.

• Create QA documentation including QC plans, inspection plans and test reports.
• Generate First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in line with AS9100.

Job description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented QA to join our client's team based in Trafford Park on a temporary 6-month contract.

This role will involve carrying out final and in-process inspections, ensuring products meet the required quality standards, and completing essential quality assurance documentation. The successful candidate will primarily support the client's product group and work closely with various internal departments to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out final inspections of finished parts and assemblies, primarily within the product group.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet specified quality requirements.
• Analyse and interpret inspection data to produce accurate certification documents.
• Liaise with multiple departments, including Production, Customer Services and Commercial, to support quality processes.
• Complete QA documentation, including quality control plans, inspection plans and test reports.
• Generate and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9100 requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• The ability to accurately interpret technical and inspection data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
• A thorough and organised approach to quality documentation.
