Job summary

Barton Firtop Engineering is offering an apprentice QA / HSE role based in Worcestershire. You will spend most time in the QA / HSE department, learning on the job and supporting documentation, audits, and risk assessments.

You will work 37 hours weekly, 7.00am - 3.30pm with flexi-time, apprenticeship level 4 through Dudley College of Technology, with training across quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy disciplines.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths required; Level 3 in Engineering/Maths & Science preferred.
• Adept at documentation, audits, and QA/HSE processes.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills in QA/HSE.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/HSE documentation and records management.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments and COSHH when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver quality outcomes.
