Job summary

Florette, part of Agrial Fresh Produce, is seeking to strengthen its quality and compliance functions within the UK site network. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, safety and legality across lines, with responsibilities spanning checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will support calibrations, sampling and traceability, while coordinating internal audits and maintaining high standards of documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Regular checks on lines to assure product quality, legality and standards
• Attention to process control documentation and accuracy
• Monitor safety, legality and quality of raw materials to finished goods
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and food safety culture
• Coordinate routine checks including calibrations, micro sampling, traceability tests
• Assist in internal audits covering CCP, GMP, hygiene and more

Responsibilities

• Regular checks on all lines to assure product quality, legality, and compliance to standards and procedures.
• Pro-actively monitor safety, legality and quality issues relating to raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and food safety culture.
• Conduct and/or ensure all routine checks including equipment calibrations and traceability tests are carried out on time.
• Manage internal taste panel and shelf-life sample assessments.
• Assist in the management and completion of internal audits including HACCP, GMP, hygiene and more.
