Job summary

Florette, part of Agrial Fresh Produce, is seeking to strengthen its quality and compliance functions within the UK site network. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, safety and legality across lines, with responsibilities spanning checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will support calibrations, sampling and traceability, while coordinating internal audits and maintaining high standards of documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Regular checks on lines to assure product quality, legality and standards
• Attention to process control documentation and accuracy
• Monitor safety, legality and quality of raw materials to finished goods
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and food safety culture
• Coordinate routine checks including calibrations, micro sampling, traceability tests
• Assist in internal audits covering CCP, GMP, hygiene and more

Role Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Conduct regular checks on all lines to assure product quality, legality, and compliance to standards and procedures. Conduct regular check to assure process control documentation is completed accurately.
• Pro-actively monitor safety, legality and quality issues relating to raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
• To drive continuous improvement in product quality and food safety culture.
• Conduct and/or ensure all routine checks including, equipment calibrations, micro sampling, traceability tests etc are carried out correctly and on time.
• To manage internal taste panel and shelf-life sample assessments.
• Assist in the management and completion of internal audits including CCP, GMP, fabrication, hygiene, plastic, and system audits.
  Relevant certification - HACCP Level 3
• Basic Food Hygiene
• Attention to detail and able to prioritise workload.
• Organised and good time management
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft packages

Working Hours and Pay

Working hours: 4 days on 4 days off with shifts anticipated to be 12 hours Pay: £29092.44, An annual/hourly salary of £29092.44, inclusion in our annual bonus scheme and a range of employee benefits you'd expect from a market leading business, including:
