Role: Quality Assurance ESG Analyst

This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the office required. We seek a career-minded, ambitious individual eager to prove their capabilities and be rewarded accordingly.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) of ESG deliverables, including ESG assessments, reports, SECR, climate scenarios, and GHG calculations.
2. Perform ISO 9001 internal audits and external assurance services, such as verification of GHG emissions per ISO 14064 and compliance with CSRD.
3. Develop and update QA procedures to align with latest regulations, guidance, and standards.
4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client deliverables, maintaining audit trails.
5. Manage external assurance projects, including verification services.
6. Plan, prioritize, and communicate project tasks effectively.
7. Provide training to staff and contribute to continuous improvement.
8. Stay updated on ESG policies and legislation.

Qualifications:

Essential: Degree in STEM or Humanities, minimum 1 year ESG experience, understanding of Greenhouse Gas Protocol, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong report writing, and project management skills.

Desirable: Over 2 years in consultancy or environmental roles, knowledge of energy efficiency and climate models, audit experience (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), assurance experience (ISO 14064, CSRD), carbon footprint calculation skills, staff training experience, and SOP writing.
