Junior ESG Analyst - Paying up to £40k + Benefits!

I have recently partnered with a London-based boutique asset management firm. This diverse team has started their search for a Junior ESG Analyst. You will be working within the central sustainability team, supporting the development and implementation of their sustainability strategy.

You will also support the delivery of mandatory and voluntary sustainability regulation and reporting requirements, as well as work on ESG product regulation and label applications for funds.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the development of corporate ESG strategy
2. Support responsible investment initiatives
3. Assist with active ownership and stewardship activities
4. Help ensure compliance with sustainability regulation and reporting requirements
5. Assist in producing TCFD reports
6. Support ESG product regulation and label applications for funds

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the investment industry
• Understanding and interest in ESG
• Good presentation skills
• Qualification in ESG/Sustainability (preferred)
