Job summary

Artificial Labs is seeking a QA engineer to own and execute manual and automated testing across the product suite and customer specifications. You will write test plans, identify edge cases, and maintain automated coverage, ensuring quality before releases.

You will triage defects with clear reproduction steps and work with engineers and product managers to align on quality expectations across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of QA or software testing experience required.
• Strong foundation in manual testing and ability to write clear test plans.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium).
• Experience with functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing.
• Excellent bug reporting including reproduction steps and evidence.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools like Linear and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute manual and automated tests across product suite and customer specs.
• Write test plans and test cases from requirements and specs; identify edge cases and risks.
• Develop and maintain automated tests within established framework; grow coverage.
• Identify, document, and triage defects with reproducible steps; coordinate with engineering.
• Run regression suites before releases; expand regression library as the product evolves.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Solutions/FDEs to align on quality expectations.
