Job summary

Unity Technologies in the United Kingdom is hiring a QA Engineer for the Unity Studio team. You will be embedded in a fast-moving, cross-functional squad, owning testing end-to-end and ensuring high‑quality releases for a browser‑based 3D authoring tool.

You’ll perform manual and exploratory testing across features, write and maintain test cases, manage defects through their lifecycle, and collaborate closely with engineers, designers and product managers from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual and exploratory testing in agile teams.
• Ability to write and execute test cases aligned to project scope.
• Strong QA testing experience on web or mobile apps.
• Experience with defect management and tracking tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual and exploratory testing across features and releases.
• Own the QA process for assigned features from requirements to sign-off.
• Create and maintain test cases and scripts for coverage.
• Manage defects through their lifecycle and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to review requirements.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and QA across teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and raise quality standards.
