Job summary

Procentia, part of the Brightwell Group, is seeking a QA Engineer to analyse requirements, design and execute test cases, and report bugs across the software development lifecycle. You will ensure web applications function correctly across browsers, devices, and user journeys.

The role focuses on functional, regression, integration, accessibility and responsive testing, working with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers to embed quality throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Experience testing complex web applications in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with pensions/financial services domains is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#/Python/JS.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Understanding of performance, security and non-functional testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and user stories to define test scope.
• Design and execute test cases across the SDLC.
• Identify, document and report bugs and regressions.
• Prepare test progress reports for customers.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners as a tester on projects.
