Procentia in the UK is seeking a QA Engineer to analyze requirements, design test cases, and report bugs for web applications. You will drive functional, regression, integration, accessibility and responsive testing across browsers and devices, ensuring quality throughout the SDLC.

You will work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and stakeholders to embed quality, with pensions/financial services experience valued. A comprehensive benefits package awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience testing complex web applications.
• Experience within pensions, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Understanding of performance, security, and non-functional testing concepts.
• Intermediate experience in a programming language such as C#, Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Assess the quality of the end-to-end user journeys.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand the scope of testing within projects.
• Complete Test Plans to detail the testing required.
• Provide project time estimates for testing activities.
• Write and execute test cases.
• Identify, document, and report bugs.
• Prepare test progress reports that capture the information required by the customer.
• Collaborate with software developers and project teams, sometimes as the sole tester on a project.
