Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join an Agile delivery team. You will contribute to test planning, design, and automation across UI and API tests, while collaborating with analysts, developers and other QA engineers.

Emphasis on shift-left testing, automated quality gates, and AI-assisted tooling to improve coverage and efficiency. 2–5 years in software testing, experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, and familiarity with Jira/Zephyr are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience executing manual and automated testing within Agile teams.
• Familiar with UI automation tools (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium).
• Knowledge of API testing concepts and tools.
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr for test management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitLab/TeamCity/Jenkins.
• Experience writing test cases, plans and evidence; understands SDLC.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills; AI-assisted tooling welcome.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to test planning, design and execution within Agile teams.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated UI/API/integration tests.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to define acceptance criteria.
• Support BDD and TDD practices within the team.
• Identify, document and track defects to resolution.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Apply AI-assisted testing tools to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor results and report quality metrics and progress.
