I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their team.

Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer, your main responsibilities are:

1. Assessment and validation of Critical to Quality deliverables.
2. Ensuring vehicles meet quality targets and reducing Things Gone Wrong (TGW).
3. Driving the Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) process.
4. Ensuring all programme deliverables are completed robustly and on time.
5. Managing risks and issues through risk and recovery plans.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Understanding of programme and project management.
• Knowledge of delivery frameworks (e.g., PCDS), deliverables, and gateway governance.
• Ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Experience working with customer and competitor insight data.
• Experience with Failure Mode Avoidance methodology within systems engineering.
