As a QA Engineer, you will be part of the Release Engineering team, helping to create and ensure the stability of software updates across the entire Darktrace product suite.
You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting software issues, collaborating closely with our Support Engineers, and acting as a key liaison to our Development Team. In this role, you will focus on the EMAIL product and you will have opportunities to take on small projects, allowing you to utilize and develop your scripting skills. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking, along with the ability to leverage tools and data for troubleshooting and optimization.
