Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a proactive QA, Content & Training Associate to elevate our Customer Delight standards. You’ll bridge quality assurance, content management and team development, shaping knowledge bases, training materials and macros while coaching peers.

In this role you’ll audit AI Auto-QA tooling as we scale, run calibration sessions with BPO/CD teams, and help ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions across channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or German with strong English proficiency.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (CX, support) is desirable.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and knowledge management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Evaluation: audit support interactions and calibrate grading.
• Live Support & Engagement: handle tickets and assist during peak periods.
• Content, Knowledge Management & Training: manage KB, create training content, deliver coaching.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with CDX and onboarding teams to close training gaps.
