The role emphasizes building scalable automation, leveraging Playwright, C#, TS/JS, and Azure DevOps within modern CI/CD pipelines, and leading end-to-end QA initiatives across products.

Qualifications

• Senior/Lead QA background driving quality strategy across squads.
• Experience scaling automation frameworks and AI-assisted testing.
• Proficiency with modern QA tooling and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive Shift-Left Quality by moving testing upstream in design and planning phases.
• Lead AI automation initiatives using AI testing tools and self-healing scripts.
• Scale test architecture by building maintainable automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD.
• Mentor QA engineers across delivery squads through 1:1s, reviews, and chapters.
• Embed non-functional testing strategies (performance, security, API testing) and quality metrics.
