• Strong Python skills demonstrated through building production-quality software.
• Software design and architecture skills for large codebases, with a focus on testability and maintainability.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing systems in Linux environments.
• Familiarity with reading, debugging and reasoning about low-level C/C++ code.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence engineering practices through feedback.
• Self-directed approach to solving complex problems and driving improvements.
