Job summary

Service Service in Norwich, Norfolk, is seeking an experienced QHSE Engineer to support the integrated Quality and EHS management systems, ensuring ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance while driving quality and continuous improvement.

The role will work with Production, Manufacturing Engineering and site management to lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives and coach staff in Quality and EHS procedures. A great opportunity for a QHSE professional in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Audit experience and knowledge of quality management systems.
• Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis and FMEA.
• Lean Manufacturing/continuous improvement experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the integrated Quality and EHS management system.
• Support and host external ISO audits.
• Investigate and close Non-Conformances (NCRs), including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead FMEA activities and identify quality risks.
• Monitor customer quality performance and drive improvements.

• Lead and participate in Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

Service Service is recruiting for an experienced QHSE Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business in Norwich.

The role will support the site's integrated Quality and EHS management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, while driving quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the integrated Quality and EHS management system.
• Support and host external ISO audits.
