• Experience with Front Office Trading Desks.
• High proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Proficiency in automation and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud, AI/ML, or mobile tech.
• Deep understanding of financial services IT systems.
• Practical cloud native experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop next gen applications for Commodities trading desks across the globe.
• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of designs and architecture.
• Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness of new technologies.
• Contributes to team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
