Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd is seeking a Packing Operative for our Oxfordshire Chalgrove site. You will pack and palletise lifesaving equipment, with an initial 37-hour day-shift during training and a subsequent 4 on/4 off shift from 07:00 to 16:30.

As a Packing Operative you’ll join our supportive Pyro Manufacturing department at our Oxfordshire Chalgrove site. This role will be focused on the packing and palletising of cartridge and rocket motors. This is a 37 hour day role for the first 6 months during the training period, following a successful training period, this role will change to a shift basis, working 4 on and 4 off from 07:00 to 16:30.
