Job summary

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is running a centralised recruitment for the Talking Therapies programme. The PWP apprenticeship provides low intensity CBT-based self-management interventions at Step 2, while you undertake training to gain a Certificate in Psychological Wellbeing Practice Level 6.

Delivery methods may include telephone, video, webinars, online platforms and face-to-face therapy, with a mix of individual and group work.

Qualifications

• Commitment to evidence-based assessments and interventions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and improve health and wellbeing.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and use interpreters when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Step 2 Guided Self-Help low intensity interventions while studying.
• Progress to autonomous clinical delivery under supervision.
