Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English mandatory (spoken and written).
• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Leading the on-site team to successfully deliver the PWHT work package.
• Defining standards and performance benchmarks to ensure quality.
• Coordinating with project teams to align schedules and prevent interface conflicts.
• Implementing and promoting quality processes and ensuring communication.
• Planning sequencing activities and protecting completed work to maintain quality.
• Supervising client inspections and the handover process for customer satisfaction.
