Job summary

Scottish FA group is seeking a People Operations & Vetting Coordinator based at Hampden. You will lead Disclosure Scotland and PVG administration across the employee lifecycle and provide high-quality People Operations support.

You will maintain vetting records in Sage People, support onboarding/offboarding, and ensure GDPR compliance while contributing to process improvements within the People & Culture team.

Qualifications

• Lead Disclosure Scotland and PVG administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with HR processes and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Disclosure Scotland and PVG applications.
• Coordinate end-to-end disclosure and PVG processes within required timescales.
• Maintain Disclosure Scotland and PVG role matrix and review regularly.
• Maintain vetting records and monitor ongoing compliance.
• Liaise with employees, applicants, managers and external agencies.
