Job summary

CleanEarth is seeking an experienced PV Installer Site Manager to join our national team and support installation of PV systems as well as ongoing O&M across sites throughout the UK.

The role requires flexibility to work intensively on projects with regular travel and stays away, plus previous site management experience, and a strong focus on H&S and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewables, roof work or construction is essential.
• Site management experience with team supervision and H&S oversight.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Methodical, accurate, and process-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away as required.
• SMSTS certification and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of PV systems and support O&M on sites nationwide.
• Supervise on-site teams to ensure safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with crews, manage materials, and maintain site records.
• Travel frequently across the country, including evenings/weekends when needed.

CleanEarth are looking for a experienced, motivated, organised PV Installer Site Manager to join our existing team and assist with the installation of PV systems, together with operations and maintenance on various sites throughout the country.

The role will require flexibility to work intensely for certain periods of time anywhere in the country, with regular working away.

• Previous experience in renewables, roof work or general construction.
• Previous Site Manager experience to include supervising a full team on site and ensuring all H&S requirements are met.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Methodical, accurate and process focused approach to tasks.
• Flexibility for working throughout the UK, including evenings and weekends where necessary.
• Flexibility to regularly work away.
• SMSTS.
• Driving Licence.
