GRUPOTEC, founded in 1997, is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Site Manager to oversee photovoltaic projects in the UK, primarily in the Leicestershire area. You will manage plants, ensure KPIs, comply with health and safety, and uphold profitability.

You will lead daily plant status reviews, plan preventive maintenance, coordinate subcontractors, manage alarms, maintain records, report to clients, and ensure H&S, RAMS, CPP, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or higher engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related field.

Aufgaben

• Daily review of plant status (production, KPIs, alarms, monitoring, security).
• Annual planning and monitoring of Preventive Maintenance for plants.
• Perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance on-site.
• Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance subcontractors and ensure task reporting.
• Manage alarms and corrective actions with stakeholders or suppliers.
• Maintain records and incident control; coordinate actions with involved parties.
• Communicate updates with client, manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Oversee H&S: RAMS, CPP, audits, up-to-date documentation.
• Calculate PR, availability and other KPIs; report to client and coordinator.
• Prepare monthly plant reports and send to client.
• Conduct Taking Over inspections and coordinate with construction team to resolve issues.
• Oversee IAC/FAC punch-lists, calculations, documentation and tests.
• Manage purchasing: PO, supplier relationships, etc.
• Manage site access and respond to alarms from security company.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental standards and regulations.
