Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is actively seeking Teaching Assistants for primary schools in Putney (SW15). The roles cover day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, and long-term placements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

You will support pupils, work 1:1 or in small groups, and assist teachers in delivering learning activities. We offer flexible work to suit availability, support from a dedicated consultant, access to free CPD, and a range of placements to gain diverse experience in different school

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children in schools, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or similar settings.
• Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Can adapt confidently to different school environments.
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Work 1:1 with children or support small groups.
• Assist the class teacher with learning activities.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
