Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools around Tooting (SW17). Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term placements, with ongoing consultant support and access to CPD.

Applicants should have experience with children, be caring and patient, and hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one. Competitive daily rates are offered across a variety of school settings.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children in schools, childcare, coaching, tutoring or similar settings.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting learners.
• Strong communication skills with students and staff.
• Ability to adapt confidently to different school environments.
• DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in classrooms across EYFS, KS1, KS2.
• Assist 1:1 with children or small groups.
• Help the class teacher with learning activities.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
