Office Angels is seeking a diligent Purchasing & Supply Planning Coordinator in Rural Canterbury, Kent. The role focuses on day-to-day purchasing, stock replenishment and coordinating with UK and international suppliers to keep customers supplied.

You will manage purchase orders, monitor lead times, chase overdue deliveries and produce regular stock and purchasing reports. Start date January 2027; salary 35,000–38,000 with Monday–Friday hours.

Qualificações

• Experience in purchasing, stock replenishment and supplier coordination within distribution/logistics.
• Proven ability to manage purchase orders and lead times with UK and international suppliers.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP/forecasting systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Managing daily purchasing and stock replenishment activities.
• Reviewing and approving replenishment proposals and order recommendations.
• Raising, confirming, and monitoring purchase orders with UK and international suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate supplier lead times and ETA information.
• Chasing overdue deliveries and resolving supply issues.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for stock, availability, and delivery queries.
• Sourcing and ordering non-stock and customer-specific items.
• Coordinating product availability for larger project and installation requirements.
• Producing regular stock, purchasing, and performance reports.
• Managing and supporting an offshore Purchasing & Supply Chain Administrator.
• Working closely with stakeholders to improve stock availability and customer service levels.
