This is a varied role supporting the Commercial Manager with purchasing, product administration and supplier coordination. You'll help keep product, pricing and stock information accurate while ensuring day-to-day purchasing activities run smoothly.
Raise and manage purchase orders.
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times and deliveries.
Maintain accurate product, supplier and pricing information.
Monitor stock levels and outstanding orders.
Assist with new product setup and product updates.
Support pricing, margin analysis and sales price lists.
Help resolve supplier, quality and delivery queries.
Produce reports and analyse data using Excel.
Work closely with sales, finance, operations and warehouse teams.
Experience within purchasing, procurement, product administration or a similar role.
Experience using ERP, purchasing or stock management systems.
Good Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and product data.
Good communication and supplier relationship skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Experience within a technical, manufacturing or distribution environment would be beneficial but isn't essential.
30,000- 35,000, depending on experience.
Hybrid working.
