Responsibilities

• Regular reporting of purchasing activities.
• Assist with invoicing queries and pricing corrections.
• Provide support during supplier audits.
• Process information for new and existing suppliers; maintain records.
• Respond to requests from line management, Milan, and suppliers.
• Support revision and improvement of purchasing documentation and procedures.
• Support the team with administration and a work-based project.
