Job Description:

The Purchase Order Administrator will be primarily responsible for commercial and contract administration functions, providing comprehensive, effective, and efficient support to all areas of the Fire & Security (UK) Company.

What you will be doing

You will ensure that the company’s contractual records are professionally maintained and safely stored. This includes liaising with Department Managers to assist with amendments to the service database and contract changes. You will process all amendments accurately and timely.

Excellent time management skills are required to create invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly, and to handle contracts and invoicing. You will also resolve queries for the Credit Control Team and contract changes for the Regional Engineer Manager when needed.

What we are looking for

You should be fluent in written and spoken English, with a logical and numerical aptitude. Familiarity with common office packages and a keen eye for detail are essential.
