Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Procurement Manager in Slough to own the procurement function within a manufacturing setting. You will work with production, finance and operations to ensure materials, suppliers and commercial agreements are in place to support growth and performance.

You will lead end-to-end purchasing, negotiate terms, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high quality and supplier performance. This role offers autonomy and opportunities for strategic influence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement or purchasing management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across production, operations and senior leadership.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement reporting.

We're partnering with a highly respected international manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of a critical purchasing function.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take full ownership of the procurement function, working closely with production, finance and operational teams to ensure the business has the materials, suppliers and commercial agreements in place to succeed.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll be trusted to make decisions, improve processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and supplier performance.
