Job summary

Triton Showers Ltd. in the United Kingdom is inviting applications for an Associate Expeditor to join our Purchasing team. You will support material availability to underpin production and deliver excellent service to customers.

Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, expedite orders, monitor delivery schedules, and help maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production requirements. Full training and support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.
• Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Planning or Expediting is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain MRP activities, including component ordering through the business system
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor and manage delivery schedules
• Expedite orders and resolve potential supply issues, following up outstanding deliveries and keeping relevant colleagues informed of progress
• Maintain optimum inventory levels
• Support production through effective supplier communication
• Ensure accurate purchasing and inventory data within business systems, keeping order information and delivery records up to date
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the business
