Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting a Purchasing Coordinator (MRP/Logistics) in High Wycombe for a leading electronics manufacturer. Hybrid working and a salary of £27,500-£37,000, plus training from a Purchasing Manager and clear progression to Purchase Manager.

You will manage purchasing, supplier relationships and inventory planning, using ERP/MRP systems and Excel to keep production flowing. The role offers structured development, pension, birthday rewards and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory planning, material requirements and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Are you a Purchasing Coordinator or similar with experience in procurement, supplier management and inventory planning, looking to join a leading electronics manufacturer that values its staff, offers hybrid working and provides structured training with clear opportunities to progress into senior roles?

This company specialises in electronic access control and security systems, supplying innovative locking and entry solutions to commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and high-security sites across a range of industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing, supplier relationships and inventory planning to ensure smooth production. Working with internal teams and suppliers, you will use ERP/MRP systems to coordinate material requirements, with training and clear opportunities to progress into a senior position.

This role would suit someone with a purchasing or supply-chain background looking to apply their skills across supplier management, inventory planning and BOMs, using ERP/MRP systems and Excel to support a busy manufacturing environment.
