We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Purchasing and Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role combining purchasing administration, data analysis and supplier communication. You don't need to be an experienced procurement professional or a strategic buyer - we're more interested in someone who is analytical, commercially curious, confident with data and has the initiative to pick up the phone and ask questions. You'll be working with large volumes of purchasing data, helping the business understand what they’re buying, from whom, how much they’re spending and where there may be opportunities to improve cost, availability and efficiency.
This role isn't about coming in with years of supplier negotiation experience. We want someone who has commercial instinct and initiative. You'll have the opportunity to develop your supplier management and negotiation skills as you grow into the role.
You may have worked in: Purchasing Procurement Buying Supply Chain Purchasing Administration Procurement Administration Stock or Inventory Supply Chain Coordination Data Analysis Commercial Administration
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career within purchasing and procurement. You'll gain exposure to purchasing data, suppliers, commercial decision-making and cost‑saving initiatives while working within a supportive team. If you're someone who enjoys looking at data, spotting something that doesn't look right and thinking "I wonder if we could do this better?", we'd like to hear from you.
