VanRath Search & Selection is seeking a Purchase Ledger specialist in Belfast to support supplier invoicing, payments and month-end close. You’ll work in a dynamic team focused on accuracy, timely processing and data integrity.

The role requires at least two years of accounts payable experience, strong Excel skills (pivot tables and V-lookups), and a collaborative mindset to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality financial support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or purchase ledger.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel (pivot tables and V-lookups).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled at meeting deadlines and working under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Manage supplier payments and respond to queries promptly.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Support supplier setup and data updates.
