Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle has a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. You will handle supplier invoices, reconciliations and ensure timely processing in a busy dealership.

We look for strong Excel and IT literacy, with an understanding of accounts routines. Kerridge/Keyloop knowledge is advantageous but not essential, and you’ll work both independently and as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchase Ledger and accounts department routines.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong IT literacy.
• Kerridge/Keyloop knowledge is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and reconcile statements.
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to supplier queries.
• Process payment runs and support month-end processes.
