Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Officer to join our finance team at American Express Stadium in Brighton. You will own the club's purchase ledger, ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time, and maintain compliance with our policies.

We value collaboration, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure. AAT Level 3 with accounts payable experience is required, along with SAP Concur and SAP Public Cloud proficiency; strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Qualifications

• AAT Level 3 qualification with experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience executing payment runs and working with SAP Concur and SAP Public Cloud.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the club's purchase ledger and ensure supplier payments are accurate and on time.
